📦 Shipping Information

All orders are handcrafted and packaged with care in my home studio. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment (custom orders may take longer – see your custom order confirmation for timeline).

Domestic Shipping (USA)

I ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of your piece. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the package dimensions.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request – please contact me before ordering.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

Currently, I only ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to purchase a piece, please contact me directly – I may be able to arrange international shipping on a case‑by‑case basis.

💡 Note: For custom orders, shipping timelines will be discussed during the design process. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee – just ask!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and often personalized, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to me.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will happily provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately – I’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship the correct piece as soon as possible.

Change of Mind

Because each piece is made to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. If you’re unsure about a design, please reach out before ordering – I’m happy to help you choose the perfect piece.

📬 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email me at hello@pinkbirchstudio.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description. I will respond within 2 business days.

❤️ Note for Custom Orders: Because each custom sign is uniquely made for you, they are not eligible for return unless damaged. I always send a digital proof before cutting any wood, so please review it carefully.
